Beenleigh and District ANZAC Day March

On Thursday 25 April (Week 1 of Term 2), all Canterbury students have the opportunity to take part in the Beenleigh and District ANZAC Day March.

All students will be required to march in full College formal uniform, including formal hat.

Mr David Peckham will meet the students on York Street between Kokoda Street and Tobruk Street at 10:00am. Parents can then find a spot along the route to watch the parade as parents do not march with the students. The parade finishes at the War Memorial, corner of James and Crete Streets, Beenleigh.  An ANZAC Commemorative Service will then commence which students are also invited to attend. We will lay a wreath on behalf of the Canterbury College community.

Children are to be collected from Mr Peckham at the War Memorial at approximately 12:00pm when the Service concludes.

It would be fantastic to see many of our students representing the College at this special event.
